'Edit Profile' + 'Manage Address' Issues

When logged in to the user panel (you can log in with -
email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
password: test)

If you try and edit the account information, and select 'edit profile', nothing happens?

Also if you go into manage addresses, and attempt to edit address, the iframe doesn't appear, but the overlay appears? if you edit the address on the check out page, it loads fine.

Please can you advise on how to fix these 2 issues?

2. Regarding your popup issue, it's working fine on my end so can you download the last Hikashop version through our website (2.3.0), install it and test it again ?

I tried installing the latest version of Hikashop (2.3.0) but no avail, both problems persist. As it messed up the CSS of the design, I rolled it back with a Cpanel backup of the site and database.

I've also had a colleague test the site on his system and he's experiencing both of the same problems.

Any other ideas?

You'll find this option in System>Configuration>Display> General (Popup mode).

Fantastic, that has resolved the issues with the 'Edit Address' pop-up, many thanks!

The issue of the 'edit profile' not leading anywhere/working persists, any ideas on how to fix this one?

Thanks for your response. I tried disabling SEF in A ) Jooma only B ) Hikashop only C ) Joomla & Hikashop simultaneously, the problem persisted in all three situations.

Any other ideas?

What is the URL of the edit profile link when you turn off the Joomla SEF ?

The actual edit page (that you start on and it doesn't change from) is:
80.244.187.39/~canary/Edit-user-details.html

If you copy the link location of the 'Edit Profile' button which isn't doing anything, it's:
80.244.187.39/~canary/index.php?option=c...ile.edit&user_id=595
