deselect delivery from registration if digital

Hi,

Is there a way in hikashop to allow it so that if someone buys a product that is marked as not needing delivery, i.e it is a download or coupon which upon checkout the shipping / address information is not needed?

Hi,

In the options of the shipping methods, you can disable the option "Include virtual products price" and/or restrictions on prices, by this way the shipping method will not be asked.

Regarding the address it require more changes, so custom code. But generally the address is always needed for the bill, if there is no shipping methods, the shipping address will not be asked.

I see,

I like the simplified registration method which is just name and email however it would be good to have a trigger that switched between simplified and normal depending on the shipping method which can in turn be triggered based on the product and if it is marked as a physical item or not. I shall have a look to see what i can do thanks for your answer.
