Get stock count from 3rd party website?

Sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum, wasn't quite sure where it fit.

A customer of mine who has Hikashop on her website would like it so that the stock count for each of her items is automatically updated based on the stock count from her supplier's website. I'm fairly sure this isn't possible but just in case it is, does anyone know if this is doable?

Hi,

Natively it's not possible in HikaShop but using custom development, you can.
Updating form an external source have two possibility :
- The source update HikaShop.
- A plugin in your website read the source and update HikaShop.

But because the source can be anything, we can't provide a tool which will do all. That's why custom development is required.
