Can HikaShop resolve my problem?

Hello,

I want to build an online shop.
I want to have in my shop some article reserved to members of associations.
So you have to get login/pwd of this association to see the articles and the prices.
The head of the association must be able to the the order of its members.
The delivery address will always be the association.
I, as the owner of the shop, must be able to see all the orders (for all associations), and create associations accounts and articles.

So my question is: is Hika shop able to do this shop.
If necessary, I can buy Business version and as I'm a developper, I can make an extension.

If Hikashop can meet the needs, I would like to know how to configure it (at least the global strategy)
If I have to build one or several module(s), I would like to know the global architecture.
(If you are interested, I can share with you the created modules)
