Ghost carts

-- PHP version -- : 7.0

Hi,

For some reason empy Ghost carts show up in the HikaShop backend (Hikasop/Customers/Carts). They all have zero items in it and a total amount of zero Euro. The user field mentiones "no registraion". When I try to delete these carts new carts with zero content and new id-numbers are automaticly created. When reloading the page new ghost carts are added as well.

Any idear what is happening here?

It looks like you have a plugin creating a new cart on each cart update.
Do you have such custom plugin ? If not, I will need a FTP access to debug your website.

I have added a patch on your website to solve that issue.
We will include it on our packages too.

Initially it seemed to be solved, but after trying to delete these ghost carts the problem is back in exactly the same way.

The problem seems to be solved, it was coming from your coupon "KOFFIE" which is no more available.
So I unpublished it and the issue is no more happening.

We will see to reproduce the issue on our end and solve that.
