-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.immigrantsvineyard.co.nz/buy-online-2/online-shop
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error
The folder /home/immigrantsvineya/public_html/images/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/0x300f is not writable

After updated to HikaShop 3.2.2 we are seeing an odd error.

www.immigrantsvineyard.co.nz/buy-online-2/online-shop

On the shop page there are six (6) products.
Hikashop is correctly generating thumbnails for only five of them, on the sixth product it generates an error:
Error
The folder /home/immigrantsvineya/public_html/images/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/0x300f is not writable

But, the permissions are fine. In fact changing it to 777 does nothing either.
I can delete that entire folder and refresh the web page and the folder is recreated again, but only with five product images.
So, that folder is clearly able to be written in.

I can change the image of that product or have no image at all and the error still shows.

If I put the error reporting to maximum there are no other errors.
This is a HikaShop generated message.

Hi,

This indicates that you've configured the height/width of the thumbnails for that menu item or in the configuration wrongly. You only entered the height, or only entered the width, but in the HikaShop configuration, you have the "force size" setting activated.
and it's not possible to force the size of the thumbnails if the system doesn't know the size of the thumbnails you want.
So either turn off the "force size" setting or properly enter the width AND the height of the thumbnails you want and it will work fine.

Yes, 'force image size' was the issue.

Thank you very much!
