cleaning up to much space occupied

HikaShop will add files in images/com_hikashop/upload/ (for the images of the products / categories ) and media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/ for the files of the products (these are the default paths you have in the settings of the HikaShop configuration, it could be something else if you've changed the default ones).
Also, HikaShop will automatically delete the files there when you delete the products / categories (unless you've activated the "Keep images after delete" setting of the HikaShop configuration) so you don't have to manage that manually and there should be no need to delete anything in them. And if you do, you'll likely loose images/files in your products / categories, so you should be extra careful.

Regarding the other folders, HikaShop doesn't use them. In the images folder, Joomla adds images, and in media/com_easysocial it's easysocial. If you delete them, you might loose things in your Joomla articles, or easysocial profiles (you would have to check with the support of easysocial about it).
