-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.4
-- PHP version -- : 8.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : google chrome

Hi, need some help
I use hikashop business 4.6.1 (all was good on joomla 3.10.12)

After I renew my site (upgraded joomla version to 4.3.4 ; even changed the template to ja_purity_iv, uses T4 framework) the problem accured with content module - I use it to show products on first page. The products are shown as I configured , but when I press on product, it do not enter the product- instead  the page just go to top. if I go down (no refresh window) and press again the product, it enters product as it should. If I refresh the window and press on product again it go to to page top.
the same problems with and without carausel.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Process a test with a default template to see if the solve your issue OR even change something?
And, can you provide your module settings in HikaShop options tab screenshot.

Hi Philip,

As you guided, I made the test with default template of joomla 4.3.4 Cassiopeia.
The result is the same. But I found that, when I press on product and looks like its not working just go to topof the page, actulally it loads products detail page, but only on index page under all modules and other content of the Index page(the hika content module is on index page).

Regards

Hi,

In the settings of your products listing module, under the "HikaShop options" tab, you have a "menu" setting.
In that setting, you can configure the menu item to be used when someone click on the link of a product displayed by that module.
At the moment, either you don't have a menu item configured, or the menu item selected is not accessible / deleted.
Because of that it defaults to the homepage menu item.
The modules you see at the top of the page before the product page details are there because you configured them to be displayed on the homepage menu item, and since Joomla thinks it is still on the homepage menu item when accessing the product details page, it still displays them.

So, what you need to do is to configure a products listing menu item via the joomla menu manager and then, in the "menu" option of your module, select that menu item. Then, make sure that the "menu assignment" of your homepage modules are not configured to be displayed on that new menu item and it will work like you want it to.
