can vendor add to custom field from front end?

-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.4.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.33
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome 38.0.2125.101

honestly running 2.3.3 business at present but will backup and update to 2.3.4 business.
question: in hikamarket front end vendor access to add new products: we have COLOR as a custom field with about 20 options. is it possible to set that field so that NEW colors could be added by a vendor from front end? or do additions to custom fields have to be done via backend?

Hi,

There is no custom field edition in the front-end with HikaMarket ; but this feature is in our TODO list for a future release.
In the next release which should be ready this week, HikaMarket will have "characteristics and variant edition" feature.

With HikaMarket and specially if you have vendors, it will be easier to manage characteristics (and characteristic values) than custom fields values (which could not have vendor property information).
