There is no available booking feature in HikaShop for the moment ; that feature would be provided by "HikaBooking", which will be an add-on for HikaShop.
That component does not exist for the moment and his development hasn't started (due to some big developments in HikaShop/HikaMarket), but it is a project that we have.
