If you're using a smartphone, you can check your emails on the smartphone, so just use the email address that is used in the smartphone as your user email address and that will do.
If you want to send a SMS to a mobile phone number, then it will require a third party extension called AcySMS:

Because HikaShop can only send emails, not SMS. You'll have to check with them what can be done and if the development of an additional plugin might be necessary to cover what you want to do.
