Good Morning

I would like to know if Hikamarket is integrated or is there a plugin to integrate ecommerce, with an internal messaging system, so that buyers and vendors always need to access the site to consult and answer questions about products.

The question has been asked few times.

Joomla do have "PMS" components : extensions.joomla.org/tags/pms/
Since private message system are based on Joomla account, it will be integrated with HikaShop and HikaMarket ; but the vendor won't be see as an account, the vendor administrator will be the one who will be the contact with such system.

I understand, these options that you mention to me would be a good solution for hikashop, but for hikamarket it is not useful, because the site administrator could not answer the queries of all vendors.

Don't you have plans to add such functionality to hikamarket? perhaps a plugin to integrate one of these "PMS" systems

Hello,

The HikaShop product contact are sent to the vendor when you have HikaMarket ; thus I don't understand your message regarding that the administrator need to answer to all queries.
PMS are Private message System, as previously explained, these are message between two Joomla accounts. You can use a view override in the HikaMarket vendor page to add a link to your PMS so the customer can send a PM to the vendor admin account.
