Two issues！

1 - Smtp error

User not local

The joomla configuration for the smtp should be correct yes but it does not allow you to send external emails.
Your SMTP server does not authorize you to send emails to the domain "126.com".
Please see it directly with the manager of the smtp server, but HikaMarket won't be the only component which will have an error if your SMTP server does not accept emails address which are not local.

2 - Thumbnail generation
Please check that the folder "media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/" have write permissions.
HikaShop is trying to generate some thumbnails in this folder for your images but if it can't create image files into it, you will have "broken" images in your side.
You should have a folder "media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/50x50" (or "50x50fsO") with the generated thubmnails.

I reproduced your problem in my local website and I update the HikaMarket 1.4.0 package to fix this issue.

Please redownload HikaMarket, it will fix this trouble.

I nearly finish the patch.
When we moved to the generic uploader, we didn't realized that the thumbnails weren't generated in the same path. By changing the variables, we got a good path for the thumbnails but the rest is not good (like the working base folder).
I have a patch but I want to be sure that it won't have some side effect. The best will be to made some modifications in the "Gallery" helper but the problem is that this helper is now in HikaShop (and I guess it's why we have some problems with the vendors. If you are "main vendor" you don't have these troubles).

So I update HikaMarket with the patch for the gallery. You can once again, download HikaMarket to get the fix.

I will see to update the HikaShop gallery helper to put the required support of a "folder root" for the user and a "folder base" for the generation of the thubmnails.
These modification will come with the next HikaShop release and after that, I will be able to use it in new release of HikaMarket.
