Wrong Order handling when order state to shipped

Hi,
I have a strange issue. Customer buys product and pays and we set the state to confirmed. The amount is correctly added to the vendor. Now we ship the item and when the order state is changed from confirmed to shipped, hikamarket again deducts the price from the vendor. So the vendor does not ahve anymore the correct amount. There is a DB entry with vendorrefund.
I have no idea why this happens and what is the idea behind this ?
How can this "bug" be removed ?

Hi,

It's not a bug, it a miss in your configuration.
You have to select the "Valid order statuses" in your HikaMarket configuration (Market Options > General options).
By default it's "confirmed,shipped" and you have to use this default value.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast answer.
I have these default values:
Updatable order statuses: created
Valid order statuses : confirmed,shipped

So, valid order statuses seems to be ok, right ?
Could it be, that there is this problem because of "Updatable order statuses: created" ?
Should this be also created and confirmed ?

Hi,

Please save once more the HikaMarket configuration to be sure that the option "Valid order statuses" is right saved.
It is this option which is used, the other option for the updatable order statuses is the order statuses where your vendors would be able to update the order (otherwise they can't modify them).

Still the same. Does not work.
Could it be, that it needs also to be set in other language.
Not only confirmed but also "bestätigt" ?

Hi,

If you modified your HikaShop order statuses, you have to use the order status that you are using in your shop.
Because if "confirmed" and "shipped" are no more in HikaShop ; I don't think that HikaMarket will work good with wrong (non existing) order statuses in his configuration.

So I don't know what is the order status you use when you "ship" an order, but ; as explained in the documentation, you have to put all valid order statuses in the HikaMarket configuration so it can know when an order is "valid" or "not valid".
If you click on the edit button, you will have a popup with your different order statuses.

Does the documentation text not clear ?

List of HikaShop order statuses which are valid for a vendor.
A valid order would be include in the "pay" list. Default value is "confirmed,shipped" but you could set only "shipped" if just want to pay order which have been shipped by the vendor.

Because if we have to improve it for a better comprehension, it's better to know.

It is clear and I undersstand it. I just try to tell you, that it is not working.
I have "confirmed" and "shipped" as valid order statuses. But it makes anyway the vendorrefund entry in the database.

Ok !
So I will need more information about your HikaMarket version number and about your order.
You're talking about the order status "bestätigt" what is this order status ? A new one ? Something your translated ? Using the HikaShop interface or something else ?
Do you have a translation system in your store (like joomfish or falang) ?
Do you have special order statuses ? Or rename/translate some ?
What is the new order status when HikaMarket create the vendorrefund line ?

Hi,
The order staus bestätigt menas confirmed
the order status geliefert means shipped.
This is visible in Hikashop Config => Order statuses.
In the database, the status is everywhere in english (confirmed and shipped.)
Also the "wrong orders" with order_type = vendorrefund have status shipped in the database.
Hikashop Version is: 2.3.1
Hikamarket is: 1.4.1
No translation system is used.
After creating the vendorrefund entry, the order status is shipped.

I thought you had the latest release, but unfortunately, I should ask you before.
