Hikamarket frontend file upload

-- HikaShop version -- : Business 2.3.4
-- HikaMarket version -- : Multivendor 1.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.33
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : All
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message

Hi,

When I try to upload a file/image from the hikamarket frontend (product insert/update) it saves successfully but the file isn't there.
No error messages on the server.

Anyone has/had the same problem?

Hi,

When you try the upload, are you log-in with your super-admin account (for your main vendor) or are you logged as a vendor ?

Vendor is free to put your uploaded files, now when the customer wants to download a file not found error comes files.
Now what should I do?

Hi,

What HikaShop and HikaMarket version are you using ?
If you're using HikaShop 2.3.4, please be sure that you have a recent package ; I knew that Nicolas made some hot fixes due to some fixes with special "secure folder" parameters. The latest release contains some security improvements and sometimes the security is a little bit too much secured :)
