Can't upload product Images, as Vendor.

**Parsing errors in language files**
JROOT/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_system_tfa.ini : error(s) in line(s) 1, 7, 9, 13, 21, 40, 46

After updating joomla,hikashop,and Hikamarket to latest versions (yesterday) i;m trying to upload product images
as vendor. both ways, by dragging and doping inside the product image field and by using the upload button.
image status.
It becomes full @ 100% turns red , and freezes there. 1 out of 10 attempts, (about) image manages to
get uploaded . Any idea of what's goin on ?
