I am not able to reproduce the issue in my local website or in the demo website.
So we will need an admin access to your website in order to perform some tests, check your HikaShop/HikaMarket configuration and activate temporally the debug mode while reproducing the issue in your website.
For such private information the best is to use our "contact us" form, with a link to that forum thread (so the support team will assign me the ticket).
