Problem with "Pay" the Vendors

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.1
-- HikaMarket version -- : 2.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.2
-- PHP version -- : 7

Hi

when I try to PAY my vendors in Hikamarket (selcting a vendor, then selecting the orders, Manual method)
I always get this error:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '= 'vendor_payment_notification' LIMIT 0, 1' at line 1

The vendor payment notofication settings are on:
MARKET_VENDOR_PAYMENT_NOTIFICATION : active
vendor_payment_notification: active in Market settings

What is causing this problem?

Installation

installing 2.0.0 did not work without error - error message of Joomla:
WARNING: Duplicate entry '1-1-Vendors-*' for key 'idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language'

Then I did it again and it worked, no error message anymore.

Did the installation a third time:
WARNING: Duplicate entry '1-1-Vendors-*' for key 'idx_client_id_parent_id_alias_language'


Using Pay function

I can do the "Pay", send an "You have been paid" Email with the correct amount to the correct vendor. So far so good.
But the email has errors, one in the head of the mail one in the content.
