Vendor Address State Custom Field

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.3

I have a custom field in Hikamarket which has a field type as "Zone" in the plg.hikamarket.vendor table. Under "Extra Attributes" I have "State" selected. All seems good and the vendor when logged in can chose their correct state from the drop down menu, which shows US states.

The issue is on the vendor listing page. The state is not the only thing that is listed--the code is listed as well. For example, instead of showing "Montana" as the vendor state, it shows "state_Montana_4288".

I'm attaching two screen shots-- one is the configuration of the custom field and the other is what is showing on one of the vendor pages.

Thoughts?

Hello,

I can see the non translation of the zones in the HikaShop backend but I cannot reproduce your issue in the front-end.
Would it be possible to have more details about the vendor address settings (via the HikaMarket backend) ?

Thanks Jerome. Not sure what "vendor address settings" would be helpful, but I'm attaching a screenshot of the backend settings for the "State" address field found in the Display/Custom Fields area.

I'm also including a screenshot of the backend vendor listing showing the custom fields and the state dropdown showing correctly.

When a vendor logs in to the front end of the site and enters their information, the State dropdown shows fine too.

However, what is shown to a website viewer on the vendor page is not just the State, it is "state_Washington_ID".

Does that help?

Hello,

It is interesting because I do not see any "country" field.
The HikaShop state custom field is working thanks to the "country" one.
Without country, HikaShop can't load correctly the zone.

You would have the exact same issue with the HikaShop users addresses.
So I recommend you to check the vendor address country settings and publish it.
