Form refresh empty when mandatory fields are left empty

Hi,

In the frontend, when vendors fill up the new category form, if the forget a mandatory field, the page refresh itself with no field visible.

Is there a way to keep the information there with a message asking to fill all required fiels?

The form to add a new product work fine with the message. Only the category form has this behaviour.
