Menu items not translated and error code i frontend

Two issues:
1: Hikamarket menu items is not translated

When I choose menu item COM_HIKAMARKET_VENDORMARKET_VIEW_DEFAULT_TITLE and call it in front end I get this error:

How do I get the menuitems translated into normal titles?
