Prohibit Hikamarket vendor from changing company information

Hi,
Is it possible to prohibit a Hikamarket vendor from changing certain company information such as name and address to prevent false registrations which are then changed afterwards, or at least to ensure an email is sent for any changes made?I have tried changing the Vendor access rights to exclude name and field changes, but it seems to make no dfference.
