We provided a patch one month ago, you answer seems to indicates that you download the latest version of HIkaMarket and that the patch we made were successful.
Since we reproduced the issue for the use case of the setting "Allow multiple vendor for users", which affects the way that the users' rights are stored in the database ; I don't understand the nature of your issue and why you validated our patch one month ago.
