The import system is within HikaShop and not HikaMarket ; you opened a ticket for a bug report for HikaMarket.

First, please note that you're using an old version of HikaMarket and that your subscription is expired.
The subscription also include the product support (and updates).

Regarding your characteristics/import question ; I'll see what is possible to do using the HikaShop triggers during the import ; but I don't understand the reason why you have so many characteristics with the same name.

My previous message already explain the situation. But I can rephrase and details a part.

In best case scenario, a new feature could be added in a future HikaMarket release ; an integration with the HikaShop import system to handle a special case for vendor characteristics priority.
Please understand that, like every human being, I need money to live. I'm surprise that you open an HikaMarket ticket few weeks after your licence expiration. It's your choice to not renew but you're loosing the updates (that you skipped if you're still on the 4.1.0) and the support.

You're in the HikaMarket section of the forum ; you open an issue for HikaMarket regarding the HikaShop import.
If you want help from the HikaShop support team, please open a new thread in the HikaShop section of the forum.
Thank you for the HikaShop support for all these years ; unfortunately, HikaMarket is an add-on for HikaShop and is being developed by another team (thus: which not live with the HikaShop licences).

Once again, an improvement can be made in a future release of HikaMarket for that specific scenario.
We can call it a bug, but in such case, the bug would be in HikaShop import system with characteristics with the same name ; rather in HikaMarket which do not own that import system.

You can be mad at me if you want, but I do not feel that you understood my previous message and you keep asking for help for a situation that I'm not (directly) responsible :

Yes, you created these characteristics via HikaMarket ; but you can think that the HikaShop import system could use a unique identifier for the characteristic rather than the name which can be "not unique".

So, thank you for your HikaShop support for all these years.
I would have appreciated such kind of support too. Seeing that I'm not supported and you asking for my support (and not Nicolas and the rest of the HikaShop team) is a bit disturbing.

But, let's say that I'm the bad guy in that story.
