Hi Hikari,

I just bought HikaMarket for our order administrators to use, but it has only Direct sub elements and All sub elements in the product drop-down list. The order fulfillment person can access only the first variant of a product.

Is it possible to add variant display to HikaMarket as you did to the HikaShop back end?

Or is there a already a method to configure HikaMarket to display variants documented some place?

Hi,

At the bottom of the HikaMarket "welcome" page you will find a "HikaMarket next main features"

There are already several threads which talk about it but HikaMarket does not allow the variant edition yet.
We are currently working on it and we are trying to find the best interface for this edition. In the same time we are merging the new features of HikaMarket in the HikaShop backend (like we did in HikaShop 2.2 for the order edition).

You can edit a variant product in HikaMarket by giving the right "product_id". So if you come from a HikaShop product page, it is highly possible that you will edit the first variant.
If you come from the HikaMarket product listing (or HikaShop product listing), you will edit the "main product" and not directly the variant.

Like I said, we are working on a simple and user friendly interface for this variant/characteristic edition.
It can be quite complicated to edit and manage variants in the HikaShop backend and we want to make it as simple as possible.
This feature is in the top of our HikaMarket TODO list.
