Vendor "orders unpaid"

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.0

Hello Guys!

I have a issue with the vendors section. The table shows me that i have 0$(AED) unpaid to the vendor even though there is actual payments pending. Please help

Hi,

Would it be possible to have more details about the pending order you're talking about ?

A vendor can be paid for his order only when the order has a specific status.
And the already paide order won't be listed ; so if you're using payment method like "paypal adaptive", the vendor order will be paid directly (thanks to the adaptive payment).

Well i set the option for the store to be paid directly and then the store pays the vendor.

But it still shows 0$ unpaid in the vendors area even though the store owns money to the vendor.

So im kind of confused.

Hi,

Like I wrote in my previous message ; the orders need a specific order status to be listed as available for payment..
See option "valid order statuses" in the HikaMarket configuration.

So, once again, please check that settings and the order status of your vendor orders.

Yes i understand that, i have put the valid status as "shipped" but even when the order is shipped it still shows 0$ unpaid
