Hey guys

The vendor analytics aren't working. how to fix this?

Hi,

Are you sure that the statistics are not working ?
Because the stat "total order" indicate that you just have one single order but that it is an old order (in the past year)
So, the two stats on the right does not have any order to process ; because you only order is outside of the date range for the statistics (that you can configure in the HikaMarket configuration).

Well no they aren't showing the details. Ive attached another screenshot so u can see.
Graph not working, comparison not working, and the total orders incorrect

Hi,

Once again : like you can see in the screenshot, there is no order detected for the periods "year", "month" or "week" which means that you have only old orders.

1/ Please check the configuration or your different statistics ; you have a "period" setting for them.
If you have a short period with no order in that period, the graph won't have any data to display.

2/ Please check the setting "valid order status" in the "statistics" part of the HikaMarket configuration.

If you hare sure that you have orders to display in the statistics ; please provide screenshots of your HikaMarket configuration (for the stats part) and also a screenshot of your vendor order listing (to see the different order dates).

Hi,

Regarding your order listing, none of your order have an invoice number.
The statistics are using the "order invoice created" value in order to place the order on the date when the order has been paid/confirmed ; but it can also use the "order created" value if you include the order status "created" in the valid order statuses (for the statistics).

So, I think that you have an issue with the confirmation of your orders because they don't have an invoice number (so they don't have an "order invoice created" either)

How do you confirmed the orders ? Only the sub-order (the vendor order) or the main order (custom order) ?

yes for some reason there are no invoice numbers you are right.

we confirm the main order. So what do i do?

Hi,

What is your HikaShop setting for "Invoice order statuses" ?
It could explain why you confirmed an order but you do not have any invoice number.

The fact that you do not have an invoice number is a general problem ; and it affect the statistics.
In a first time you can add the status "created" in the list of order status for the statistics (as explained in my previous post).
But it will be really useful to fix that invoice generation issue because the invoice number is very useful in a e-commerce store.

Hi,

For the setting "invoice order status" you should put the order status which generate an invoice number, like : confirmed, shipped
I don't know how you got "order status" but that's not a correct value for the setting.

Hello,
I seem to be having the same problem that Konstantin1996 has or had. The Total products, total orders, average order price, and last orders seem to be working fine. The Orders this month, Orders Graph and Products Sale Comparison Graph show no activity.

Hikashop 2.4.0
HikaMarket 1.6.2

Invoice Order Statuses: confirmed, shipped, printed
Order Number Format: {id size="6"}
Invoice Number Format: {order_id}
Valid Order Statuses: confirmed, shipped, printed (if I add 'created', then the Orders This Month shows a total, but the two graphs go completely blank, not even a zero line)

Hi,

In the HikaMarket configuration, you have an option to select the order statuses for the statistics (Valid order statuses) ; please add the order status "created".

You can also check if your orders have an invoice number (and an invoice id) or not.

These are my settings in question:

I have done everything you have mentioned in this thread, except being able to figure out why I'm not getting an invoice number generated. With the code I mentioned above, it should be the same as the order number, correct? So lets try and troubleshoot that. What could be causing the Invoice number from appearing?

Hi,

A misconfiguration of HikaShop could cause the issue

For the setting "invoice order status" you should put the order status which generate an invoice number, like : confirmed, shipped

At this moment the best will be to provide us some screenshot or an access to your website so we could see/check your configuration.

Hi,

Thanks for the access.
In your case, the statistics are added in the page but there is an issue with some product name which contains some double quotes.
Due to that double quotes, it creates a javascript error in the page and that's why the graphs are not displayed correctly (because the data to display is not valid).

The best will be to edit the file "administrator/components/com_hikamarket/classes/statistic.php" and replace (four times)

strip_tags($k)
By
strip_tags(str_replace('"','\\"', $k))
It should fix the generated javascript and allow the graphs to display the data.
