1. HikaMarket and HikaShop are two different components managed by two different teams.
Each team is providing support for his own part (and here it's the HikaMarket forum section).
2. The team is composed of person who work on the products ; who know the code, who can create/commit fixes, etc.
3. We are human, we need to sleep, breath and eat like anybody else.
4. Sure you can compare them if you want.
1 & 5 & 6. Please take a look at the support forum and see yourself how the support is provided ; it will be easier.
For bug report, like :

We provide "patches" and "hot fixes" for most cases
For the rest, you can see directly how we answer, when we answer and the user satisfaction.
I understand your point of view but we are not able to answer to that.
I prefer that you see the real facts instead of reading an answer would can be written like a commercial speech.
