Hello,

How to translate links in Vendor cpanel account on the frontend?

Such as
1. Vendor account link
2. Customers Link
3. Orders Link
4. Products Link

I still didn't check if the dashboard has language strings in it. Will check soon and see if it is translatable.

Ah I also have Falang component installed latest version.

Thanks.

Edit:

Ok I found it, very strange they are not showing in languages files, but I am looking at the code now and I can see the VENDOR_ACCOUNT constant

Thanks

Hello,

VENDOR_ACCOUNT is within the HikaMarket language file ; for the other sections, they are HikaShop translations (CUSTOMERS, ORDERS, PRODUCTS, HIKA_CATEGORIES...)

Maybe I can see to provide specific translations code that would allow the override but, if they are not define, it will use the HikaShop translations instead. It could be a good compromise between the customization and not having too much duplicate entries for the translators.

Please note that you can use the Joomla language debug mode to see all translations keys in your website :)

Hello,

Thank you for the prompt reply, yes I know that about Joomla it was not found in the languages extension neither the value nor the constant, so that's why I asked, I thought you hardcoded it instead of using the Joomla language JText::_ but I realized the hikamarket has a different language file, and it was missing in the added language folder, that's why I asked.

I know what you are saying, I am a developer too,and I know Joomla very well, I just wanted to know why is it missing and if you just hardcoded it as a normal "string/text" But I found out that the file was missing.

Anyways thank for the reply.

Cheers

Hello,

HikaMarket is using the Joomla translation system with JText::_ and it has its own language file installed in the same folder than the HikaShop language file.
There is no hardcoded text in HikaMarket or HikaShop ; except for very few internal error messages.
