I will focus on the HikaMarket questions.
For your HikaShop questions, please open a new thread in the HikaShop section of the forum ; thank you for your understanding.
Your screenshot for your HikaMarket setting is uncompleted because there are more settings for the HikaMarket registration and some other could affect the rest of the process (like the user group to have the automatic creation).
So please provide a more complete screenshot of your HikaMarket registration settings.
Also, I'm asking you details regarding your vendor listing ; the goal is to know if your vendors are created and published.
If not, it would explain why the user can't access the vendor control panel.
Please note that a user do not need to be in the vendor "user listing" when that use is the "administrator" (owner) of the vendor entity.
To configure the default ACL for your vendors, you need to set-up them in the HikaMarket configuration.
You will have one part for the default vendor access and, another one, to set-up specific rights for the main vendor (administrators who will manage the store from the front-end).
