How to move toolbar on product upload

That bar is displayed by the HikaMarket core.
You can customize the view which display the bar but it will be complicated to move the content to another place.
Afterwards, you could use some CSS (maybe the grid layout) and might be able to change its position but in HTML, the block must be first. And since it's a toolbar with action buttons, I do not recommend to move it ; I would rather recommend to add a validation button at the bottom but the toolbar is "always" at the top.
