Restrict PayPal Adaptive to some vendors

I have activated two payment methods: Collect on delivery and PayPal adaptive.
I have ten vendors, one wants to have only Collect on delivery.
What should I do?

In HikaShop Paypal payment plugin there is the Vendor field to choose...

9 vendors must have TWO payment methods: Paypal Adaptive and Collect on delivery.

1 vendor must have ONLY ONE payment method, Collect on delivery.

On the Paypal plugin (Standard) i can select the Vendor.. on Paypal Adaptive?

Regarding Paypal Adaptive restriction, we do have two ideas of features which could feet your needs.
One would be an option to not display Paypal Adaptive if the vendor does not have the paypal email configured.

Which file should I edit?

Another would be a restriction on the vendor group, like we have for the shipping methods.
