Email Setting for Vendor Registration

Hi,

I am wondering does Hikashop support different email sender & recipient for order notification and vendor registration?

I found the setting in HikaMarket configuration for vendor registration, but it didn't send or receive any email based on the setting.

Hope can get some hints here.

Hello,

Can you please clarify your question ?
You're talking about HikaShop order notification email and HIkaMarket vendor registration.
These are two different elements from two different components (and different support teams/forum sections)

Also, you're mentioning the HikaMarket configuration but we don't know which setting you're talking about.

Actually I want the admin receive the email after the vendor registered on website, so I set the email address on vendor registration in Hikamarket but I didn't receive any email after vendor registered. So I wondering is the way I applied was wrong?

Hello,

It depends how your vendor creates its account.
The "vendor_admin_registration" email is generated by the "register" function of the Vendor.
It uses by default the "from email" HikaShop setting but yes, the email can be configured directly in the HikaShop email edition page.
Since it uses the HikaShop email system, all sent emails can be saved in the HikaShop email history system.
