Where to start?

I feel I am quite familiar with Hikashop but I don't know where to start with HikaMarket and have heeps of questions.

My first questions are:

1. in the front-end view: where to disable the view of fields like "product code".

2. In my front-end view a choice of categories is possible. How to limit this to one category?
