Adding Vendor terms and conditions under products, categories and etc

How would we go about ensuring that terms and conditions for vendors are displayed under all their products, categories and etc? Our payment processor's are clear about ensuring that TOC is on each since this is a multi seller site.

Please help.

I know about the check out Terms and conditions but that doesn't display TOC of each vendor item being purchased so we figured simplest solution would be to add an option in hikamarket options so show Vendor terms and conditions on; vendors products, vendors categories or both.

Trying it out I'm guessing ust select vendor_terms for the Ordering Field? See screen shot.
