Categories field default... empty?

-- url of the page with the problem -- : hikashop.cloudaccess.host
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.2
-- HikaMarket version -- : 4.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 8.0.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Vendor control panel, on the Products page i click on New.
Is it possible to have the Product categories.. field empty?

Hello,

To pre-fill the product creation form, you need to use a product template.

Hello,

Sorry, I went too fast on your question.

The default value of the product categories can be override via the template system but it can't be emptied.
When you create a new product, the current browsing category is used has the product category.
So, because you were in the category "product category" in your product listing, when you click on "New", that same category is used. You ask to create a new product where you were.
