Vendor order status update emails not sending

-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.11
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.33

Hi,

I'm sure I'm probably just missing something obvious; however, when a new order is confirmed, the vendor order status update email isn't being sent.

From what I understand of the configuration, they should be working.

The use case for this shop is that all payments are taken by the store, with HikaMarket being used to send order notifications to the individual vendors.

I've attached screenshots of the HikaMarket settings being used.

Hi,

First, please check in the menu Customers>Emails history. Do you see the vendor emails there ?
If you do but you didn't receive them, then it means HikaShop/HikaMarket sent the email to the email server of your hosting for delivery but it got lost along the way for some reason. In that case, the log of the email server should have the information of why the email didn't get to the receiver.
If you don't get the emails in the email history, please check the menu System>Emails of HikaShop and make sure the email is published there.

I've checked the email history, and I can see the customer and admin notifications but no vendor notifications.

When checking in system>email the email looks to be published - see attached screenshot.

Is there anything else I should be checking?

Hello,

Please check your HikaMarket ACL to be sure that the ACL "order/notify" is right available.
And please add the "administrator" as a "User" under the vendor configuration so, the vendor will have an entry for that user to tell him to send the notification to that user (and email address).

Hello,

You settings looks good.

Do you have HikaShop order notification emails ?
What payment method (plugin) are you using ?
If you modify the order status in the backend (via the order details), can you get the vendor email notification ?

Hi,

Yes, the standard Hikashop notifications are working for both the admin and the customer.

Payment is via Stripe or Paypal and if we change the order status via the backend there is still no vendor email notification.

I checked your configuration and was not able to see any issue nor to reproduce.
I modified one setting and wanted to see if the next order was affected (I was not able to see a "test order" that I could modify on the fly to force the emails).

It still looks like it's not working.

Order NMA-B2X3Z2C55 is a test order, when changing the status of this, I can see notifications to the customer but nothing to the vendor again.
