The limitation is checked dynamically by HikaMarket.
Sp, we need to know how you configured that limitation and how you're trying to override it.
Please note that limitation are like ACL, you have different "levels", so you can set a global setting and configure it more specifically to one vendor. So, one "global" setting can be override by a more "local" one.
