Is it possible to combine fees?

hi
is it possible use flat fee with and percent fee together?
for example for each purchase get ( 1$ + 10% ) of total price? if yes how to do that? with add more row to vendor or fill two field in one row?

Yes, you need to fill all ifields/nputs you want to use in the same row.
