Vendor list does not appear

-- HikaMarket version -- : 4.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.4.9
-- PHP version -- : 8.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hi,
I set a joomla menu to use HikaMarket Vendor Listing. I currently have 5 vendors but when I click 'Vendors' menu, no listing appears. In the Vendor Listing > Details parameter, I set:

Type of Layout = Inherit
Number of columns = 3
Number of items = 10

Sorry for the late reply.

Would it be possible to have more details regarding your menu configuration ? Can you please provide a screenshot ?
Please note that you can upgrade to HikaMarket 5.0.0 to have better Joomla 4 & 5 support.

Also, where can I download the Joomla 5 version of HikaMarket?

Hello,

Please enter a value for the field "Number of items" ; you can enter a number such "12" or "15".
Also, please select a value for "Type of Layout" and "Type of Item Layout" instead of "inherit" ; HikaMarket 4.1.1 could have an issue with HikaShop 5 for such setting.

Hi Jerome, I tried different settings for 'Type of Layout' and 'Type of Item Layout' but vendors list still do not appear.
Our site is currently in development. I can give you access as Super User to our site if needed. I can send you the URL and login credentials via email.

Also, how do I upgrade to HikaMarket 5.0? My extensions update notifications don't show an upgrade for HikaMarket.

HikaMarket is available for download ; the automatic updates are not yet enabled.
You can download it via your subscription page : www.hikashop.com/my-account/your-subscriptions.html

Regarding the access, you can use the "contact us" form for such kind of private information.

After I upgraded HikaMarket to version 5.0, the vendor list has appeared. This issue is now resolved. Thanks for your assistance.
