in the option "CONTACT_US_FOR_INFO" button when i receive the email like this

the msg dont have the email address of the user , only my email. its problem of my provider hosting?


and another thing ,is my suggestion in this icons .



some users do not know how to use this icons , better put a little title

If you click on reply, it should normally send your email to the user (you should see the email of the user in the recipient field). Is that the case ?
