wrong using of <hr> tag

As I can see in all your templates you are using wrong <hr> tag.

www.w3schools.com/html5/tag_hr.asp

<hr> tag is single tag and must be written like this: <hr />
but NOT like this <hr></hr>

could you correct your templates?
