Billing address problem during checkout

Hi,

I use HikaShop Essential. I have experienced a problem. If a user doesn't have any billing address filled up, the button "NEW" is working great. But if he does have one, the button redirects to PayPal website. Instead, it must redirect to a page for creating a new address.

Please answer ASAP. It is very urgent.

I've never heard of that.
