"Force a menu on the checkout" doesn't show menus

I've followed some of the guides to create a Checkout page so that the Shopping Cart Module doesn't show on this page. However when I try to select it in the System > Configuration > Checkout > Force a menu on the checkout I get a long dropdown list that has what seems to be a mix of modules, articles and menu items, but the Checkout page isn't one of the options listed.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.26 and Hikashop 2.0.0 - I'm not sure what additional information you might need, but I'm obviously happy to supply it!

Hi,

I don't understand your message.
In the dropdown "Force a menu on the checkout", you would see all Joomla menus.
I think it is logical that you can't find the checkout page, because it is menus.

The option "force a menu" is to indicate which menu target your checkout page. So, all links which would redirect the user to the checkout page, would use the checkout menu.

I think I've worked it out - I'm developing on a site, but restricting the Menu Access Level to Special only (so only I can see it while I'm developing it). I think it's only showing the Public menu items (including ones that are in my Menu Trash), which is why I'm not seeing the Checkout page that I set up.

Once I changed the Access Level on the page to Public, I can see the page in the drop-down, so it's now all working.
