Thumbnails not working on carousel

I was show that there was an error for displaying the thumbnails on the listings. I followed the instructions, and now the thumbnails are showing up, but they cannot be clicked to change the image. (Example is in the bottom right of content area)

There is a carousel there. It is only displaying one item at a time. its under title "Sarah Klines Retreats" The carousel has only 3 items in it, with the 4 thumbnails next to it on the left. Clicking on the main pic does link properly to the product, but clicking on the thumbnails does not change the carousel as it is supposed to.
