Products Disappear from Shopping Cart

Hi,
I am experiencing a problem with Hikashop Business 2.0.0. My customers are saying that items disappear from the shopping cart as they purchase multiple items. I have tried this morning and it has happened multiple times where I have added items to cart and when I add further items - the cart is empty and you have to start again. I am only aware in this happening in Hikashop business 2.0.0 as it has never been mmentioned before.

I just tried on your website, added many products, removed some of them change the quantity in cart, add again a product and it was working fine.
Can you tell us with more details when it happens, when adding a specific product ? or something else ?

Is that coming when we are logged in, not logged ? (in case of logged in, thanks to give us an account)

I think that your problem is cache related.

Do you have installed a cache manager ? Try to disable it and try again.
I tried like you said, and yes the products disappear, and when looking for another products, categories, a product appears back in the cart. That's why I think it's a cache issue.
