no editors working in product descr

Ive tried everything and cant get any editor to work in my description field. they all work fine in joomla and when i try to change font size or color and hit save it goes back to normal. im using joomla 3.0 What could be causing this.



ive tried tiny jce ck and other editors only thing i can do is bold and heading changes


i can put this
