What I am finding is that most of my customers, once they enter their billing address in checkout, are failing to see the checkbox (which by default is checked to "Use the same address as for billing" which hides the fields for a separate shipping address. They are continuing on to checkout and then putting in shipping information in Authorize.net, hence the shipping information doesn't appear on the invoices. Though we get the info in our Authorize.net email, it never matches the invoice which has lead to a few mistakes in shipping. So far on a 100 live orders this has happened 94 times which means people are not understanding the checkout process visually.
What I am wondering is if there is a way to set the default of that checkbox to not checked, so the customer after hitting the the "Register" button will automatically SEE the fields for shipping info next to their billing info in every checkout process. They should then have the option of "checking" the "Use the same address as for billing" option (which causes the fields for shipping to populate with the same information). Basically I'd like to reverse the logic, have the fields always visible, unless they choose to use the same as billing option, at which point it populates with the same info.
How can I do this?
(One more note, if I go to checkout and run an order, I instinctually unclick the checkbox and put my shipping info in, so the invoice populates correctly, but apparently the general customer isn't catching that and skipping this step. So, I think it works as intended by the developer, but isn't working as customers are not understanding the process instinctually and skipping the shipping step) until they get to the credit card processing step outside of Hika Shop.
