I can not install hikashop

I can not install hikashop starter on my localhost. Not on joomla 2.5 or 3.1, I do not know what is wrong, before month or two was ok, but now when I treid to install on joomla after 20-30 seconds everything becaome blank, and nothing happens, hikashop component do not install.

this shows me after i instlled new xampp

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\xampp\htdocs\h3\libraries\joomla\archive\tar.php on line 165

Ok I fixed, you can delete this.

I changed inside php.ini max_execution_time = 60 (before was 30) restarted xampp and its works. but i didnt know that is it, if i dint install new version of xampp(bacause on older version was no error line fo Maximum execution time of 30 seconds)

before few months i havent problems with that.

default upload_max_filesize = 2M

if you install file more then 2MB then you must change this to.

maybe will be good to add some lines to documentation about this. I do this all on my localhost(I do not know exactly which settings have my web host for that)
