Fails to load Downlaods

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.x latest

Hi support.
I have some problems with downloads:
For some people their downloads are not displayed in the downloads page also if the order is ok and visible also from frontend page.

An user reported me with these images:




I changed the "download" file but i tried with other accounts like super admin and new files are displayed correctly.

He was talking about your product configuration page, where you have set your download file. Also, can you tell me what is the order status of the files which are not showing ?

It's not the page that Mohamed was talking about.
He is talking about the product page edition in the backend.
